If you’d like one on one attention to specifically address ways of improving your personal yoga practice then this is the class for you.

In this class, students will receive one on one instruction from Ka’ren and will learn the fundamentals of yoga, how various yoga poses can be modified while accessing the breath, quieting the mind and restoring vitality.

Meditation Classes

Meditation is soul food for the body, mind, and spirit. The focus of meditation is to nourish a healthy, vibrant outlook on life and the world we live in. In this session, Ka’ren provides a variety of meditation techniques (group or private). These include yoga Nidra, toning, sound meditation, guided meditations and basic mindful techniques.
