Private Yoga Classes
If you’d like one on one attention to specifically address ways of improving your personal yoga practice, then this is the class for you. In this class, students will receive one-on-one instruction from Ka’ren. They will learn the fundamentals of yoga and how various yoga poses can be modified while accessing the breath, quieting the mind, and restoring vitality.

Meditation Classes
Meditation is soul food for the body, mind, and spirit. Meditation focuses on nourishing a healthy, vibrant outlook on life and the world we live in. In this session, Ka’ren provides a variety of meditation techniques (group or private). These include yoga Nidra, toning, sound meditation, guided meditations, and basic mindful meditation techniques.
